Do I Place an Order?
Placing
an order on MelvilleManor.com is easy. Just follow these
simple steps.
Finding
The Products You Want
By
using the menus on the left-hand side of the page, you
can browse MelvilleManor.com by product category. You
can also search for a specific item by using the "search"
box. To access more information about a product, click
on the image you will be taken to the item's product
detail page where you can view a larger image, e-mail
it to a friend and add it to your shopping bag.
How
Do I Use The Shopping Bag?
To
place a product in your shopping bag, select it, and
then click the "add to cart" button. Use the
"continue shopping" button to continue browsing,
or click "checkout" to complete your order.
Remember, by clicking the link in the upper right-hand
corner of your screen, you may view your shopping cart
at any time. This allows you to add, change or delete
items whenever you like. Please note: an e-mail address
is needed to place an order online. If you do not have
an e-mail address, you can place your order with one
of our Customer Service Representatives by calling toll

Purchasing
When
you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review
all of the items you've placed in your shopping bag.
If you decide that you don't want a particular product,
check "Remove." Once you have all the items
you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT"
button.
Shipping
and Billing
Once
you've clicked "CHECKOUT," you'll need to
provide your billing and/or shipping information, (IMPORTANT:
billing address must be entered exactly as it appears
on your credit card statement), choose a shipping method,
and select your method of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover Card.
Review
and Place Your Order
Be
sure to review all of the information you provided,
and make any necessary changes before onfirming your
order. Once you place your order, you will see a confirmation
page with your confirmation number. We will also send
you a confirmation e-mail message.

I Pay Sales Tax?

shoppers pay no sales tax on products. Shoppers from
Canada will be charged GST and the appropriate provincial
sales tax.

Shipping
/ Delivery

prices are FOB our closest warehouse.
Because
of the nature of our merchandise, it is very hard to
precisely estimate shipping costs online. However, since
we have arranged for lowest shipping rates with various
carriers and forwarders, we make sure to use the lowest
cost carrier whatever your order.
To
receive your order, you must provide a complete and
valid mailing address. We are unable to ship to P.O.
boxes or APO addresses. All packages are signature required.
Most
orders ship out from Melville within 2-4 business days.
In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be
contacted immediately by email and informed the reason
for the delay. Your credit card will not be charged
until the merchandise has been shipped.
You
may also advise us of any special shipping requirements
or instructions during checkout.

Do I Return a Purchase?
Melville Manor
is dedicated to your full satisfaction. If for any reason
you are dissatisfied with your purchase, not only can
you return it within 30 days for a refund or an exchange
but we will even send you our own courriers to pick
up the returned merchandise.
Returned
items must be in unused condition. Melville Manor will not accept
a return of any item with scratches, marks, blemishes,
signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case;
or signs of alterations.
Returned
items will be picked up by Melville Manor's courrier
service. Here is the simple process for returning an
item to Melville Manor Packaging:
